About Beth

As the daughter of a seamstress, I grew up cutting, sewing, repairing, and creating. Sewing over the past 25 years led me to formally incorporate my Sew Simple NJ business in 2008.

My philosophy is simple, if I can’t help you with your needs, I’ll refer you to someone who can!

One firm belief I have is to rescue and recycle clothing when possible, trying to keep fabrics and favorites from landfills. This notion has fueled my creativity. Many of my favorite projects start with client conversations. That’s how T-shirt quilts, fur, memory bears, and wedding dress re-design/repurposing became the core to my work.
